What Materials Are Used in Your Cabinets?
We take pride in the quality and durability of every cabinet we build. Here’s what sets ours apart:
– All cabinets are cut and constructed in house from 9-ply, ¾” laminated birch plywood — not cheap particle board. This ensures a cabinet that’s solid, long-lasting, and built to handle years of play.
– Artwork is printed in house using a 10 color process UV printer — no vinyl wraps or stickers. This produces a vibrant, professional finish that won’t peel or bubble over time, and printing directly on the acrylic leaves no room for dust or separation of the artwork
– We only use commercial-grade arcade parts, including buttons, joysticks, and other components. These parts are designed to withstand heavy use — whether it’s in your home, a business, or a high-traffic arcade setting.
In short: our cabinets are built to last and built to be played.
Is Your System Plug and Play?
Yes — our systems are as close to plug-and-play as possible! We carefully review and test every system to ensure full compatibility with your control deck or provided controllers.

How Does Shipping Work?
Shipping Information
All of our cabinets are shipped via freight on pallets. In most cases, the freight company will deliver the cabinet to your front door, but inside delivery is available upon request for an added fee (contact us for a quote). The freight carrier will contact you ahead of time to schedule your delivery.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping anywhere within the lower 48 states:
– $450 for a 4-player cabinet
– $350 for a 2-player cabinet
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping! If you are located outside the continental United States, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We’ll be happy to work with you to arrange the best shipping option for your location.
Cabinet Handling
The 4-player cabinet is designed to split into two sections for easier handling. The heaviest piece (the top section) weighs approximately 120 lbs — easily manageable by two people for moving and setup.
How Long Does it take To Get My Cabinet?
Once you’ve completed the artwork approval process and signed off on your final design, you can expect a 16 to 18 week lead time for your arcade to be built and delivered.

2-Player Cabinet
– Width: 32″
– Depth: 24″
– Height: 68″
Weight: Approximately 150 lbs (varies based on selected options)
4-Player Cabinet
– Width: 48″
– Depth: 26″

Weight: Approximately 280 lbs (varies based on selected options)
How Does Payment or Financing Work?
To begin the build process, we require a $1,000 deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your cabinet’s completion.
Layaway Option
We also offer a layaway plan. We can set up a PayPal invoice for you, and you can make payments toward your balance at your own pace. Once your cabinet is paid in full, we’ll ship it out to you.
We do ask that all layaway balances be paid within one year of your initial deposit.
Does it Come with a Warranty?
All of our hardware comes with a one-year warranty, ensuring your arcade remains in top condition. Additionally, we provide a lifetime warranty on all joysticks and buttons, giving you peace of mind that the most-used parts of your arcade will always be covered.
Our software is fully supported on an ongoing basis. Updates are regularly released and made available through our dedicated Facebook Group.
If you ever encounter any software issues, we offer remote support: simply provide us with a temporary password, and we’ll securely log into your arcade system to diagnose and resolve the problem for you.

Absolutely — we’d love to have you visit! There’s nothing like seeing (and playing) the cabinets in person to really appreciate the build quality and experience the feel of our arcade machines.
